What You'll Do
As a Insurance Verification Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our team by:
● Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
● Communicate with insurance providers to obtain accurate and timely information.
● Update and maintain insurance information in the system.
● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
● Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries related to insurance verification.

Education & Certification
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare
setting.
