What You'll Do
As a Patient Appointment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our team by:
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with appointment scheduling.
Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
Provide information about clinic services and policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
