What You'll Do

As an Athletic Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in our team by:

  • Provide immediate care and first aid for patients.
  • Educate and instruct on home exercises/injury prevention programs. 
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patient’s  physical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate medical records of patients seen in the clinic. 
  • Educate patients  on proper home exercise techniques and safety measures.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in sports medicine.

 Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Knowledge & Expertise: Foundational knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. Signs and symptoms of musculoskeletal injuries. Understanding of basic medical terminology. Implementation of basic casting and splinting techniques. Application of braces and other durable medical equipment.

 Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
  • Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
