First Impressions Associate

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the front desk, reception area, and lobby are kept clean and organized
- Tend to complaints and questions, providing exceptional customer service
- Various other administrative responsibilities
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Check patients in/out in an efficient and professional manner
- Collect co-pays and other payments
- Schedule appointments
- Effectively communicate with patients, nurses and providers Have a positive influence with day-to-day interactions
- Verify the accuracy of insurance/referrals prior to patient check in
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE is a must
- General office and customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of computer and office equipment
- Professional image and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office
- Organized with routine and repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
