First Impressions Associate

Columbia, MO

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the front desk, reception area, and lobby are kept clean and organized
  • Tend to complaints and questions, providing exceptional customer service
  • Various other administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
  • Check patients in/out in an efficient and professional manner
  • Collect co-pays and other payments
  • Schedule appointments
  • Effectively communicate with patients, nurses and providers Have a positive influence with day-to-day interactions
  • Verify the accuracy of insurance/referrals prior to patient check in
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE is a must
  • General office and customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of computer and office equipment
  • Professional image and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office
  • Organized with routine and repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
